A Safe Space to Grow

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space where you can explore your inner world safely and deeply. I work with women, young adults, wellness professionals, and service providers navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, self-doubt, and relational challenges. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Through this work, you’ll cultivate greater confidence, self-trust, and emotional regulation, while learning to communicate effectively and set healthy boundaries. Together, we’ll process difficult emotions, build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and create the tools to navigate stress, release old patterns, and connect more fully to your authentic self.

Healing Through Breath

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, embodied practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-connection. Using conscious connected breathing, each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re starting gently or ready to explore a deeper, more transformative experience. Through guided breath patterns and supportive music, you are invited to feel, process, and release repressed emotions while expanding awareness on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

This practice helps you calm the mind, manage stress, regulate emotions, integrate trauma, and cultivate inner clarity and resilience. With guidance and integrative coaching, you’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more aligned with your authentic self, carrying a renewed sense of balance, presence, and self-trust into your daily life.

Healing Through Movement

Yoga

Yoga is a mindful practice that helps you cultivate a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul. I offer Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative classes that are trauma-informed and somatically focused, creating a safe space for healing, exploration, and growth. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you release tension, increase awareness, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and empowering way.

Through this practice, you’ll enhance body awareness, regulate your nervous system, and process stored emotions. Yoga becomes a tool for stress relief, trauma release, and inner alignment, supporting emotional resilience, clarity, and a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. This practice integrates movement, breath, and mindfulness for lasting mind-body balance.

A Guided Path to Self-Discovery

Journey to Self Through Breathwork

This six-week online program combines breathwork, somatic therapy, guided visualizations, and group sharing to support deep self-discovery and healing. With six pre-recorded videos and six live sessions, participants explore different inner parts, including the inner child, inner teen, perfectionist, people-pleaser, and future self. Each session is thoughtfully structured to guide you through emotional release, self-reflection, and integration, cultivating safety, curiosity, and connection within.

By the end of the program, you will develop a more compassionate, curious, and connected relationship with yourself. You will gain tools to respond rather than react, foster emotional resilience, and nurture a more balanced and connected relationship with yourself.
