About This Program

This 6-week program is for women who are ready to finally feel at home in their own skin, release what’s been weighing them down, and step into a more confident, compassionate version of themselves. Through breathwork, reflection, and community support, you’ll reconnect with your inner world and the different parts of yourself, the inner child, inner teen, perfectionist, people-pleaser, adult self, and future self, using an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired approach. You’ll uncover why certain patterns repeat, soothe parts of yourself that have been holding pain or anxiety, and begin to meet yourself with curiosity and care. By the end of the program, you’ll feel lighter, more grounded, and able to navigate challenges without relying on outside validation. 

Each week combines pre-recorded lessons, live Zoom sessions, and integration practices to ensure the insights you gain carry into your everyday life. You’ll participate in guided breathwork journeys, reflective exercises, and group discussions in a safe, supportive container. These tools don’t just give you relief in the moment. They help you rebuild your relationship with yourself so you can respond to stress with calm, make decisions with clarity, and show up in the world with confidence, presence, and self-compassion. Each week of the program guides you to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into your empowered self. Through breathwork, reflection, and community support, you’ll meet, understand, and integrate your inner parts.

Week 1: Cultivating Safety

Build a foundation of trust within yourself. Feel grounded and secure in your body and emotions, preparing for deep inner work.

Week 2: Inner Child Healing

Reconnect with the tender, playful parts of you. Learn how your inner child shapes your patterns, heal past wounds, and reparent yourself with compassion.

Week 3: Inner Teen Healing

Explore the emotional intensity of your inner teen. Understand past adolescent trauma, uncover hidden beliefs, and soothe the parts that felt unseen or misunderstood.

Week 4: Releasing Perfectionism & People-Pleasing

Meet your inner perfectionist and people pleaser. Discover their fears and costs, break shame cycles, and integrate these parts with self-compassion and balance.

Week 5: Empowering Your Adult Self

Step into your adult self with confidence and authenticity. Embrace acceptance, claim your power, and nurture all parts of yourself.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for women 18+ who want to reconnect with themselves, navigate anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or self-doubt, and explore their inner world in a supportive, spiritual, and therapeutic setting.

Do I need prior breathwork experience?

No prior experience is necessary. This program is beginner-friendly but involves active, intentional breathwork. Come ready to explore your emotions, energy, and inner parts with curiosity and courage.

What type of breathwork will we be doing?

We use conscious connected breathwork, a circular, active breathing technique that helps release stored tension, access subconscious emotions, and integrate different parts of yourself. This is not a gentle or relaxing type of breathwork, it’s dynamic, immersive, and designed for emotional and energetic transformation. 

How is the program structured?

Each week includes a pre-recorded lesson with reflection prompts and somatic practices, a 90-minute live Zoom session for discussion and breathwork, and integration practices to support daily reflection and self-awareness.

Plan for 90 minutes for the live session, plus time for the pre-recorded lessons and integration exercises. The total weekly commitment is flexible but engaging fully will deepen your transformation.

Is this program spiritual?

While rooted in therapeutic and somatic practices, many participants experience spiritual connection, alignment with a higher self, and a sense of inner guidance. This program provides a safe space to explore your spiritual self at your own pace. 

Can this program help with anxiety or trauma?

Yes. Conscious breathwork, reflection, and IFS-inspired inner work support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and healing of past wounds, creating space for clarity, self-compassion, and empowerment. 

Will I feel emotional during the sessions?

Some participants experience strong emotions such as sadness, grief, joy, anger, or relief. This is normal, and the group container, guided practices, and integration exercises provide support and safety throughout the journey 

Are there any contraindications for breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork may not be suitable for pregnancy, certain cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled epilepsy, recent surgery, or severe psychiatric conditions. If you have any concerns, consult your healthcare provider and reach out to discuss your situation. 

Is this program covered by insurance?
