Your Guide to Healing
Welcome, I'm Victoria
Inspired by my own healing path, I support women in creating a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where mind, body, and soul connect. My holistic approach guides you to embrace all parts of yourself with kindness and curiosity so that you can release what no longer serves you and build the confidence, self-trust, and inner connection needed to live more authentically.
How I Support Your Growth
My Journey and Approach
My path to becoming a therapist, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator was born from my own healing journey. For much of my life, I struggled with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt, often feeling not enough, lost in comparison to others, and relying on people-pleasing to feel loved and accepted. Like many of the women I now work with, I became an expert at looking like I had it all together while feeling disconnected on the inside.
My first breakthrough came in a yoga class. What began as a physical practice quickly became a space for deep emotional and mental reflection. It challenged me to confront the critical inner voice I had lived with for so long, and slowly, I began to meet myself with compassion. A few years later, a single breathwork session cracked something open in me that I didn’t even know was stuck. Through waves of laughter, tears, and release, I experienced a level of joy, clarity, and peace that forever shifted how I relate to myself. It was the moment I realized that true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind; it lives in the body, the breath, and the soul.
Today, my work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation. My holistic approach weaves together evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness with the transformative practices of breathwork and yoga. I believe healing happens when we embrace all parts of ourselves with kindness and curiosity. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, or relational struggles, I offer a safe, empowering space where your full self is welcomed and supported. Together, we’ll cultivate deeper self-trust, emotional resilience, and lasting inner connection so you can feel more grounded, confident, and free to live in alignment with your truth.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me hiking forest trails, dancing in my kitchen, playing in a women’s soccer league, or backpacking through new countries. These moments of joy, presence, and play are part of my own medicine, and it’s this same aliveness I hope to help you reconnect with, in your own unique way.
Working Together for Change
Does This Feel Like You?
You’ve done the self-work. You’ve read the books, followed the wellness accounts, maybe even tried therapy, but something still feels stuck. Maybe you’re the one your friends turn to for advice, but giving yourself the same care and compassion feels like a struggle.
You’re self-aware, but still caught in loops of overthinking and second-guessing. You avoid conflict, put others’ needs first, and try to be easygoing or reliable so no one sees you as “too much” or “not enough.” On the outside, you hold it together, but inside, you feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected. And you’re beginning to feel just how much it’s costing you.
I work with women who are ready to move out of survival mode and into something more honest, sustainable, and aligned. My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices and embodied insight.

How We’ll Work Together
Whether you’re just beginning to explore this work or you’ve been on the path for years, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or the lingering effects of trauma. Some feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves. Others know who they are, but struggle to live from that place.
We’ll create space for all parts of you, even the messy, scared, or uncertain ones, to feel seen, supported, and understood. We’ll move at your pace, go deep when you’re ready, and laugh when we can. I’ll hold space for the full spectrum of what it means to be human.
Because true support means being seen and accepted exactly as you are. All you need to do is show up, and I’ll meet you there with curiosity, care, and the tools to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more like you again.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. Let’s begin the conversation.
