I’m Victoria, a Registered Social Worker practicing psychotherapy, here to support women who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, and relationship stress. Through talk therapy, IFS parts work, and somatic practices like breathwork and yoga, I’ll help you reconnect with yourself and build lasting confidence from within.
